I'm a generalist.
That's a feature, not a bug.
Career spent refusing to pick a lane: marketing, product and project management in games and other media, strategic and team leadership in the public sector, strategy and business engineering at a telecoms company, founding and running one of Bavaria's biggest gaming events, a near-finished sociology PhD, and twenty years of freelance translation, editorial work, and intercultural communications for brands that have nothing to do with each other. People tend to open up fast — probably because I have seen the problems they face. I take the work seriously and work with people right where they are, building human connections along the way.
What ties it together is structure: on a stage, in a coaching session, or untangling a client's org chart, it's the same hunt — the four levers (product, marketing, networking, structure) and which one is quietly wrecking everything else. AI is a standard part of how the work gets built, not a buzzword bolted on.
